Las declaraciones se tomarán ante el Juez del Municipio en cuya jurisdicción estén ubicados los terrenos y con audiencia y con audiencia del Personero Municipal, para lo cual se hará la citación correspondiente.

Parágrafo

En la época de vacaciones judiciales las declaraciones se tomarán ante el Alcalde.
