ARTICULO 100 . Cómo se promueve . Cualquiera de los sujetos procesales puede suscitar la colisión de competencias, por medio de memorial dirigido al funcionario judicial que esté conociendo de la actuación procesal o al que considere competente para dicho conocimiento. Si el funcionario judicial ante quien se formula la solicitud la hallare fundada, provocará la colisión de competencias.
