El Tribunal Supremo del Trabajo se compondrá de cinco miembros elegidos por la Camarada Representantes, de ternas que le someterá el Presidente de la República quien las formulara así: dos ternas de candidatos que le presenten las entidades patronales, dos ternas de las que le propongan las organizaciones de trabajadores y una terna que elaborará libremente.
