Asignación de recursos y definición de cuenta. Una vez el ejecutor designado acepte la ejecución de un proyecto de inversión, incluido el plan de giros del mismo, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público situará los recursos correspondientes en la cuenta que el ejecutor establezca. A través de dicha cuenta se deberán manejar en forma exclusiva los recursos del proyecto de inversión.
