El artículo 411 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así: Artículo 411. Terminación del contrato sin previa calificación. La terminación del contrato de trabajo por la realización de la obra contratada, por la ejecución del trabajo accidental, ocasional o transitorio, por mutuo consentimiento o por sentencia de autoridad competente, no requiere previa calificación de la causa en ningún caso.
