Estudio de títulos . Durante la etapa de inventarios, el Liquidador dispondrá la realización de un estudio de títulos de los bienes inmuebles de propiedad de la entidad, con el fin de sanear cualquier irregularidad que pueda afectar su posterior enajenación y de identificar los gravámenes y limitaciones existentes al derecho de dominio. Así mismo, el Liquidador identificará plenamente aquellos bienes inmuebles que la entidad posea a título de tenencia, como arrendamiento, comodato, usufructo u otro similar y deberá restituir o ceder aquellos que no correspondan a la prestación del servicio.
