El auxilio que por la presente se concede será incluído en el Presupuesto de la presente y sucesivas vigencias hasta su cancelación y se autoriza al Municipio de Tunja para verificar ordenaciones de crédito con respaldo en el auxilio que se 1e concede, e igualmente autorízase al Ejecutivo Nacional para verificar las traslaciones presupuéstales que fueren necesarias.
