° Abrese al Poder Ejecutivo el siguiente crédito adicional al Presupuesto de Gastos de 1910, con la imputación que pasa á expresarse:

DEPARTAMENTO DE HACIENDA

Gastos varios.

Artículo 253. Minas de esmeraldas de Muzo y Coscuez:

Parágrafo 1

° Para pagar los gastos ocasionados hasta la fecha, y los que se causen hasta el 31 de Diciembre del presente año, en la explotación de dichas minas, $ 28,250.
