Ley 4 de 1904 · Por la cual se reforma la 11 de 1898

Artículo único. La pensión de que trata la ley 11 de 1898 será, sede la fecha de la presente ley, igual a la mitad del sueldo del Jefe de estado Mayor general del Ejército, último empleo que ejerció el benemérito General D. Heliodoro Ruiz; y las sumas necesarias para dar cumplimiento á esta Ley se considerarán incluidas en los respectivos Presupuestos de gastos.

Queda en estos términos reformada la Ley 11 de 1898 .
