Dependiente de la Sección Administrativa del Departamento de Carreteras Nacionales del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, créase el cargo de Jefe de Kárdex de Equipos, con una asignación de quinientos pesos (8 500.00) mensuales, que se cubrirá con cargo al Capítulo 115, artículo 2564 del Presupuesto de la vigencia fiscal en curso.
