PROVISIÓN DE CARGOS DE EMPLEADOS DE LA COMISIÓN NACIONAL DE DISCIPLINA JUDICIAL. La Comisión Nacional de Disciplina Judicial tendrá un secretario de libre nombramiento y remoción. Los cargos que integran los despachos de cada magistrado serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del titular del despacho. Los cargos de los demás empleados de la Comisión Nacional de Disciplina Judicial deben ser provistos mediante el régimen de carrera judicial.

ARTICULO 113.SECRETARIO. La Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura tendrá un Secretario de su libre nombramiento y remoción.
