º. A partir de la fecha en que los Consejos Directivos reciban el requerimiento del Director del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte para conformar las ternas, tales organismos dispondrán de un término de quince (15) días para cumplir con ese deber y, a su vez, el Director del Instituto dispondrá de otros quince (15) días para hacer el nombramiento respectivo. Si dentro del plazo señalado no se conforman las ternas por los Consejos Directivos, el Director de Coldeportes designará interinamente al Director Ejecutivo Seccional mientras se producen aquellas.
