Quórum para sesionar y decidir. La Junta Directiva de la Empresa Social del Estado, podrá sesionar válidamente con la mayoría simple de sus miembros; las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría simple de votos de los miembros asistentes, y en caso de empate decidirá el voto del Ministro o su delegado.
