Articulo 164. De la tramitación de los recursos Los recursos de reposición y de apelación se resolverán dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes al de su interposición. En el caso de apelacion el funcionario debe resolverlo tendrá de oficio, ordenar por una por una sola vez la práctica de pruebas si hubiere nuevos hechos por comprobar. señalando para ello un término no mayor de cinco (5) días.
