Apoyo operativo . Con base en los principios de coordinación, concurrencia y subsidiariedad, los gobernadores apoyarán a los alcaldes municipales o a las secretarías de educación municipales o a los directores de núcleo de desarrollo educativo, según sea el caso, a través del cuerpo técnico de supervisores del nivel departamental para el ejercicio de la función de inspección y vigilancia sobre las instituciones educativas.
