Para los efectos de la rectificación, ampliación y pavimentación, Reincorporase al plan de carreteras nacionales la vía que partiendo de Armenia, en el departamento de caldas, comunica a dicha ciudad con la de Cartago, en el valle del cauca, pasando por Montenegro, Quimbaya y Alcalá.
