Articulo tercero. El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional podrá declarar obligatoria la inmunización preventiva de los ganados o la implantación de otras medidas profilácticas, en las haciendas y zonas infectadas o sospechosas de peste porcina, aborto infeccioso bovino, carbones y demás enfermedades epizoóticas.

Parágrafo

Las condiciones y requisitos para la aplicación de estos métodos profilácticos, serán señalados por el Departamento Nacional de Ganadería.
