Término para fallo . El Tribunal de Capitanes dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes al vencimiento del plazo para alegar de conclusión, elaborará y rendirá su concepto sobre la investigación al Capitán de Puerto, quien procederá a dictar el fallo de primera instancia, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la recepción del concepto.
