Artículo único. Abrese al Ministerio de Fomento el crédito extraordinario que á continuación se expresa, imputable á la vigencia económica de 1889 v 1890 : departamento de obras públicas. Capítulo 92. Edificios de la Nación. Artículo 341.

Parágrafo único

Auxilio para la refección del templo de San Francisco de Asís de la ciudad de Mompox, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la Ley 32 de 1888 (27 de Febrero), dos mil pesos ($ 2,000). Publíquese.
