Artículo veintitrés . Para el nombramiento de los Supervisores de Educación a partir de la expedición del presente Decreto, la autoridad nominadora convocará a concurso abierto entre los docentes en servicio, cumpliendo con el proceso de selección y con les procedimientos y requisitos mencionados en los artículos 89 y 99 de este Decreto.
