Sección de Auditoría Interna de Impuestos sobre la Renta y Sucesoral de la División de Auditoría de que tratan los artículos 85 y 86 del Decretó 074 de 1976, serán ejercidas por el Jefe de la .Sección o por sus delegados. Además, practicará a prevención las liquidaciones de aforo en el impuesto sobre la renta de que trata el artículo 93 del mismo Decreto.
