Gestión Documental. Los Centros, notarios y servidores públicos habilitados por ley para fungir como conciliadores garantizarán la custodia, conservación y disponibilidad de la documentación relacionada con la prestación de sus servicios, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley General de Archivo. También deberán garantizar la custodia, conservación y disponibilidad de los archivos en los casos de arbitraje virtual.
