Las solicitudes de registros sanitarios de antivenenos incluidos en normas farmacológicas se evaluarán ante el Invima cumpliendo con los requisitos señalados en el presente reglamento técnico y siguiendo el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 127 del Decreto-ley 019 de 2012 o la norma que la modifique o sustituya y en las disposiciones del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo (CPACA).
