Año sabático. Anualmente los veinte (20) educadoresestatales de la educación por niveles y grados mejor evaluados del país y que además hayan cumplido 10 años de servicio, tendrán por una (1) sola vez, como estímulo, un (1) año de estudio sabático, por cuenta del Estado, según la reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional.
