Artículo sexto. Cuando se trate de construcciones civiles y de edificaciones contratadas con entidades de derecho público, el aporte al Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, se liquidará a partir del valor que aparezca en el contrato correspondiente, reajustado de acuerdo con la cláusula respectiva contemplada en el contrato.
