Levantamiento de fuero sindical . Para efectos de la desvinculación del personal que al momento de la expedición del presente decreto, goce de la garantía de fuero sindical, el liquidador adelantará los procesos de levantamiento de fuero sindical en los términos del Decreto 2160 de 2004.
