Cuando un agente de cambio o de otra clase negocia un instrumento sin endoso, incurre en todas las responsabilidades prescritas, en el artículo 67 de esta Ley, a menos que revele el nombre de su principal y e1 hecho de estar obrando tan sólo como agente.
