º . Ambito de aplicación . El presente decreto se aplicará al movimiento transfronterizo, el tránsito, la manipulación y la utilización de los Organismos Vivos Modificados, OVM, que puedan tener efectos adversos para el medio ambiente y la diversidad biológica, teniendo en cuenta los riesgos para la salud humana, la productividad y la producción agropecuaria.
