Art. 103. La devolución de depósitos hechos por particulares en las cajas de las oficinas de los responsables del Erario, de que se trata en la segunda parte del número 5° del artículo 101, no necesita para efectuarse de otro requisito que la simple devolución del documento que dicho responsable del Erario debe otorgar al hacerse el depósito, en que conste el monto de la suma depositada y la presentación del recibo de esa suma, que deberá otorgar el depositante.
