Distribución de los recursos provenientes de los juegos de suerte y azar novedosos diferentes al lotto en línea, lotería preimpresa y lotería instantánea. La distribución del cincuenta por ciento (50%) del veinte por ciento (20%) de los recursos correspondientes a los departamentos se realizará de acuerdo con la participación de la asignación de cada departamento, en el total de la asignación nacional total departamental del sistema general de participaciones para el sector salud.
