° Las copias de las listas de sufragantes permanecerán fijadas en un lugar público desde el día 26 de Octubre hasta el día 1.° de Noviembre próximo, y el día 6 de dicho Noviembre deberán estar decididas todas la reclamaciones á que hubiere lugar, de conformidad con el artículo 16 de la Ley 119 de 1892.
