Los cargos que requieran el normal funcionamiento de las revisorías fiscales de las empresas descentralizadas de Energía Eléctrica, Acueducto y Alcantarillado y Teléfonos de Bogotá serán propuestos por el Revisor Fiscal a la respectiva Junta Directiva. Las funciones y atribuciones así como la vigilancia de los empleados de las Revisorías Fiscales estarán bajo la responsabilidad directa del respectivo Revisor Fiscal.
