De acuerdo con lo ordenado en el Decreto 528 de 1964, y demás normas pertinentes, de las controversias relativas a contratos administrativos que celebre la Empresa en que se hubiere pactado la cláusula de caducidad, conocerá la justicia administrativa, y la ordinaria, de las originales en los demás contratos.
