Créase el Sistema de Información, Monitoreo y Seguimiento a la situación de seguridad nacional que estará a cargo de la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo de Seguridad Nacional, que para este efecto podrá solicitar, con sujeción a la ley, la información pertinente a las diferentes entidades e instituciones públicas, información que deberá ser entregada dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a su solicitud.
