Distribución. El Icetex será el responsable de girar a las instituciones de educación superior los recursos necesarios para financiar el costo de la matrícula a las personas beneficiarias.

Los recursos destinados a cofinanciar los gastos de sostenimiento serán girados por el Icetex a los estudiantes beneficiarios, de acuerdo con la metodología que establezca el Ministerio de Educación Nacional en el convenio que suscriba con dicha entidad.
