Art. 10. Se erigirán en Agencias postales las que actualmente tienen á su cargo el servicio de correos en los puertos de Buenaventura, Cartagena, Riohacha y Santamarta, y en Tumaco se establecerá otra Agencia postal, cesando en consecuencia de prestar ese servicio la Aduana de aquel puerto. Ninguna Agencia postal desempeñará funciones que no sean las propias del servicio de correos, quedando las demás á cargo de la Administracion principal de Hacienda nacional en Barranquilla y de las respectivas

Aduanas en Buenaventura, Cartagena, Riohacha, Santamarta y Tumaco.
