Las providencias quedan ejecutorias tres (3) días después de notificadas, sin que las reclamaciones o recursos interpuestos contra las mismas paralicen o suspendan su ejecución. Se exceptúa de esta disposición las sanciones que se adopten con arreglo al procedimiento establecido en el ordinal d) del artículo 25.
