Repealed

Previos los requisitos establecidos en los artículos siguientes, el Gobierno entregará a los inversionistas en nuevos hoteles u hosterías o a quienes amplíen o mejoren sustancialmente los actuales, certificados de desarrollo turístico en cuantía hasta de quince por ciento (15%) del costo de la nueva inversión, por una sola vez y al concluirse las obras correspondientes.

Parágrafo

Inclúyese en la inversiones previstas en el artículo 109 de la Ley 81 de 1960 la construcción de hoteles u hosterías. Las inversiones que se llegaren a hacer utilizando este recurso no gozarán del beneficio del certificado de desarrollo turístico comprendido en este artículo.
