ARTICULO 2.3.1.41.- REUNION DE SEGUNDA CONVOCATORIA. Si no hubiera quórum para deliberar en la reunión de la primera convocatoria, podrá citarse, con arreglo a lo previsto en el artículo 2.3.1.39, a una nueva reunión, en la que bastará la presencia de cualquier número plural de tenedores de bonos que represente por lo menos el veinte por ciento (20%) del valor del empréstito insoluto.
