Aceptar a partir de la fecha, la renuncía presentada por la señora Erika Andrea Macias Cárdenas, identificada con cédula de ciudadanía No. 65.716.349 expedida en Líbano - Tolima, al cargo de Notaria Cuarenta y Ocho (48) del Círculo Notarial de Bogotá D.C., de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este decreto.

Parágrafo

La señora Erika Andrea Macias Cárdenas no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba remplazarla.
