Artículo único. Convócase el Congreso a sesiones extraordinarias, que empezaran el día 18 del presente mes. En estas sesiones se ocupará el Congreso en la consideración del proyecto de ley sobre Presupuestos Nacionales para 1910 y en los demás asuntos que el Gobierno le someta por medio de los Ministros del Despacho. Comuníquese y publíquese.
