° . Verificación de requisitos de ordenamiento territorial. El cumplimiento de los requisitos relacionados con el uso del suelo determinado en los Planes o Esquemas de Ordenamiento Territorial donde se encuentren ubicadas las plantas de beneficio animal, plantas de desposte y plantas de desprese, serán objeto de verificación y control por parte de las autoridades competentes en la materia, según corresponda.
