ARTICULO 133 . Vigilancia de la conducta del juez y del fiscal . Además de las facultades que le corresponden como sujeto procesal el agente del ministerio público ante el despacho judicial correspondiente velará porque la conducta del fiscal y del juez se ajuste a la ley. Deberá denunciarlos penal y disciplinariamente cuando hayan infringido sus obligaciones constitucionales y legales.
