De la disolución por decisión de los asociados. Cuando la disolución de una institución sin ánimo de lucro obedeciere a la decisión de los asociados, éstos, de conformidad con los estatutos procederán a designar al respectivo liquidador quien deberá inscribirse ante la autoridad competente. En todo caso, las autoridades competentes podrán vigilar el proceso de liquidación y revisar los actos propios del mismo.
