ARTICULO 192. Informe administrativo. En los casos de muerte previstos en los artículos 189, 190 y 191 de este Estatuto, las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar en las cuales se sucedieron los hechos serán calificadas por el Comandante de Unidad Táctica, Operativa o su equivalente, según sea el caso. El Ministerio de Defensa queda facultado para modificar la calificación de las circunstancias en que ocurrieron los hechos.
