Nombramiento . El nombramiento en los empleos de la planta de personal, se realizará de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto Ley 775 de 2005, la Ley 909 de 2004 y demás disposiciones sobre la materia. El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional distribuirá los cargos de la planta global teniendo en cuenta la estructura, los planes, los programas y las necesidades del servicio.
