QUÓRUM Y MAYORÍAS. En los estatutos de las precooperativas cuyo numero de asociados no sea superior a diez (10), las disposiciones de la legislación Cooperativa sobre quórum y mayorías se ajustarán a los requerimientos que impone dicho número sin perjuicio de los principios sobre participación democrática de los asociados.
