Extendida la matrícula, el consejo o su correspondiente seccional expedirán una tarjeta profesional que usará el titular para los actos corrientes de la profesión, que no excluirá, sin embargo, la obligación de presentar el certificado de que trata el artículo anterior, siempre que dicha presentación sea pedida. El mencionado consejo, oído el Comité Nacional de Técnicos Constructores, determinará las características de dicha tarjeta.
