En caso de que la sociedad de que se habla en el artículo anterior no llegare a formarse por cualquier motivo, los estudios ya verificados por la Empresa de Energía Eléctrica de Medellín, que fueron aprobados por resolución número 9 de 17 de febrero de 1945, del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, quedarán de la exclusiva propiedad de la mencionada Empresa de Energía Eléctrica.
