ARTICULO 96. Todo vehículo tendrá una cuenta en el fondo, cuyos dineros sólo podrán utilizarse por el propietario del vehículo para reponer el mismo. En consecuencia cualquier hecho o negocio que afecte la propiedad del vehículo deberá incluir los dineros que figuren en la cuenta del automotor. TITULO VII Tarifas.
